Wow..literally the worst service I have experienced in OKC! I placed an order..was told it would be ready in 20 minutes..came back 22 minutes later. After waiting for 20 MORE minutes, I just asked for a refund instead as nicely as I could. Order had not even been started. They didn't even ask me why I wanted a refund or try to make things right or anything...just put it back on my card. No "sorry about that," nothing haha. It was kinda incredible really. Food was really good, Caesar salad was to die for, wish they had sent me with more parmesan cheese for my pasta and the portion I got for the price was aggravating but it was good
My husband and I love going to Falcone's. It's quick delicious and the service is EXCELLENT. I highly recommend Falcone's to anybody looking for a delicious Italian meal.
One of the best Italian places I've been to. Very clean and staff is friendly. Can't stop at one slice of pizza, the meatballs are amazing and the canolis are to die for. 5 stars
I will definitely be going back when I'm in the City.
My daughter and I ate lunch in here today. We got the spaghetti and meatballs and a half cheese/half ham pizza. The food was marvelous and the service was equally marvelous. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
Had the meatballs and spaghetti and it was delicious!!! The meatballs are homemade and the sauce was tangy and perfect. Will definitely go back!
