I have heard both good and bad things about this place. decided to take my dog who had suffered from loss of vision and manage. both vets were great! it's the nurses that are extermly rude and unprofessional. he unfortunately had to be put down. when the nurse came in she immediately wanted payment. like hello he's still here calm down. she was very pushy.
I was told how horrible this place is and about how many people who have brought their pets in ended up worse and even dieing!!Stay away from this place.
Just wanted to take a minute to thank Dr. Pat and Dr. Mary and all the staff! We just had our Dog in with a slipped disc in horrible pain and couldn’t walk at all. We were so terrified and everyone was so amazing and they took such good care of him. We stopped in every single day and were able to take him home 3 days later. We were so scared about what our vet bill was going to be and it was less than $150 for three full days!!! Outstanding!!! So appreciative and thankful for everyone there and everything they did for us!!!!
. I want to take a moment to thank the staff at Falconer Veterinary Clinic. Your staff was amazing with my dog zoey. Dr Fales even managed to get an antibiotic in Zoey ear something we knew we couldn't do at home due to Zoey ears being sensitive.
Most unprofessional vet/business I have ever had to deal with in my life total neglect to my pet and to me after not seeing my pet for a week I get him only to see his foot was ripped wide open and they had the nerve to say I did it
I will never tell anyone to use this horrible place
