Tried to contact this business on behalf of a client, and had to repeat Hello several times to even hear anyone on the line. The person answering revealed he had not answered on purpose. I said okay, is this Falcone Signature Homes? And he said, Who's calling? I began to explain who I was but he hung up before I even finished talking. Nice job missing out on a new project. Just totally unprofessional and childish.

Vince is an incredible builder and an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our first time buying a new home and we did not fully know what to expect heading into the process. Thank god we found Vince. Vince was incredibly easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable and on time with our house even while experiencing material delays due to the pandemic. I've purchased and lived in two new houses now built by Falcone Signature Homes in the last 10 years. Vince is incredible to work with and I would buy another new house from him in a heart beat. His contractors are meticulous and he delivered both houses right on time. He has great attention to detail, and is the kind of person that would go out of his way to make sure his buyers are happy with every selection.
