Excellent care and management
Getting a refill on insulin for type 1 diabetes was impossible. She'd put all kinds of conditions on getting an insulin refill and refuse to write the prescription unless I met them. Conditions like: check your blood sugar 6 times a day and fax me the results, change your basal rate insulin up by 5%. The whole time I was there I maintained a 6.5-6.8 A1C, so my blood sugar control wasn't even bad.
I was a new patient to this clinic. Dr. Falcone came into my appointment clearly having read through everything in my chart. She answered my questions and was very thorough in explaining next steps!
