Best apartment property manager I have ever experienced(Cindy). Always made me and my husband and dogs feel very welcome! Got a lot of treats and love for our dogs, clean renovated unit at a great price, and an amazing sense of community through many community events. Truly the best place I lived at when I was in North Carolina. Very thankful to have found out about Timber Woods! Highly recommend.
Ms. Cindy is very nice and very understanding, I wish we had more people around like her.
Good apartment but terrible management me and my wife left the apartment in good shape and got no deposit back and got sent to collections with no letter or notice of anything wrong with the apartment as well as violating the lease they made by not giving us a itemized list of what specifically was wrong with the apartment and what supposed repairs they made after we moved out never reaching back out to us or barely even responding to our calls
Well let me tell you about my new apartment good people!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! I couldn’t have chosen a better place to start my new journey. Everything I wanted in a GREAT location. Timberwoods came through!! My apartment has granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, beautiful flooring and my favorite is the beautiful door that leads to my balcony from the bedroom…I’m in LOVE😍💕💕💕
