I’ve lived here for almost a year and ever since Myrical became the Community Manager, the morale in this community has increased tremendously. Myrical is a ray of sunshine, she works diligently to ensure she meets the needs of the tenants who reside here. Francisco is an amazing part of the Timber Woods team! This has been my first time having Francisco come to my apt to fix something and he has by far been the best maintenance man Timber Woods has had since I moved here in 2023. The new property manager Myrical is an absolute angel to work with as well. I've had some rough experiences here dealing with management in the past but Timber Woods is definitely on the up and up with this team!

Francisco is absolutely phenomenal! He handles every issue I have had professionally and expeditiously! Going out of his way, even when he is not on the clock to help out. Couldn't ask for better!

So unfortunately I need to change my review, upon moving in within the first week I noticed baby roaches coming out during the day and night, and some dead ones/ old egg sacs. I informed management who consistently tried to make it seem as if I had brought it in, either through a box that was outside or in some other way. Being in the military and living in the barracks I’ve never seen roaches before so that definitely didn’t happen.
