Francisco is absolutely phenomenal! He handles every issue I have had professionally and expeditiously! Going out of his way, even when he is not on the clock to help out. Couldn't ask for better!
So unfortunately I need to change my review, upon moving in within the first week I noticed baby roaches coming out during the day and night, and some dead ones/ old egg sacs. I informed management who consistently tried to make it seem as if I had brought it in, either through a box that was outside or in some other way. Being in the military and living in the barracks I’ve never seen roaches before so that definitely didn’t happen. Myrical is AMAZING she answered every little question I had for her with flying colors I’ve been so so many apartment buildings and I haven’t got any good apartment tours of what I want in my future home and she was top tier !!!!!
