As I write this review my apartment has officially been at 84 degrees for seven days straight. Most of the power receptacles don’t work, no draw string to turn on the fan with, and the water heater was out for a month, The office can’t tell me what the next step is, because they have no clue what the maintenance man is doing. Coming from someone who lived there just weeks ago, One of the shoddiest places to live in the time I had to live there. maintenance crews about 3 months backed up on mine and multiple other units of things that needs to get fixed. there was always an excuse about parts are missing or they just forget about you and throw your ticket to the back of the line or we gotta wait for 3rd party help.
