I feel like they are spitting in my face at this point. I’m leaving this because they have yet to repair a massive hole in my ceiling (can’t use the bathroom upstairs, because it leaks through the hole into the kitchen downstairs), the electrical outlets that don’t work(at least one in every room of the apartment), or the shower that is constantly on(the bath faucet shoots water as hot as possible, and has eaten the finish of the tub) they haven’t fixed a thing in over a year, but will tow my car the month after the tags exp... read more
Apartamento excelente, limpio y muy cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. Cuando llamas, te solucionan rápido y siempre atienden muy bien. El equipo de mantenimiento resuelve todo rápidamente, y las personas de la oficina son muy amables Sin duda, un lugar recomendado para vivir.
Run by literally the worst kind of people. They will outright ignore maintenance requests, over charge constantly; and tow your car with zero warning because it has a flat tire that you can’t afford to change immediately even when all other tags are up to date with their rules. Do not move here do not live here. I’ve been here 3 years and it was decent when we first got here but management has since changed and the new people are the epitome of landleech scum. Stay away.
