The apartment is good can complain, got everything that I need, really good services, when I need something, I request it and they come to fix it. I really like it a lat this apartment.

The apartment is good can complain, the only thing that I really don’t like is the maintenance service, I asked for something in the request and or they don’t fixed or take long time to fix it.
Maintenance here is a joke. They’ll mark your request as “completed” without actually fixing anything. You’re left with the same problem, just a closed ticket so it looks good on their end. If they can’t handle basic repairs in a timely and competent way, it makes you wonder what else is being ignored behind the scenes
I called this leasing office during business hours 3–4 days ago, no one ever answered. Today, they finally called me back, and I was confused because it had been days. The irony? I was sitting in the parking lot in front of the office when I called in. The agent was right there, scrolling on his phone, ignoring calls the entire time. When he did speak to me, he came across rude, didn’t bother giving me his name, and rattled off information so fast it was impossible to follow.
