I had an excellent experience with Falcon Self Storage & U-Haul. Holly and Kieran were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Be sure to actually read the contract! Came in to rent a couple of small units, the first lady I dealt with got really rude but I was asking questions to clarify the agreement and then off to another lady. Second lady I dealt with was super cool and helpful, very pleasant to deal with. They had already taken my money when they handed me the rental agreement and I only made it to page two out of the 10 page agreement when I found a line that says the tenant is responsible for any and all damage to their unit even if they don'... read more
