Stopped in to buy moving boxes. The pack was clearly labeled at ~$69, but I was charged $180. When I went back in, I was told they upcharge U-Haul’s prices—by over $110—with no signage or warning. I asked for a refund immediately (hadn’t even left the property), but was told all sales are final. Misleading pricing and refusal to correct it is unethical. Be very careful doing business here.
There was a nasty women in the store when I came in, Jackie was spectacular at killing her with kindness. She had to be right no matter what and that was okay Jackie did awesome! Was quick and made it easy for us !!
First of all, Holly saved the day! She stayed open on the 4th of July for me. My reservation was moved to her store and she was unaware that I had worked out with my original location to come in on the Fourth. Graciously, she waited for me. Amazing! Fast check out, new truck! She set me up! I will drive the 30 extra minutes to use this Uhaul location. Thanks again!
Holly is not very friendly
Unfriendly staff. I went inside and asked for help unhooking my trailer. The guy who worked there sped past me in a golf cart through big mud puddles while it rained. I thanked him for his help but he said nothing and took off at equally high speed in the opposite direction. A bit of a strange encounter.
