Falcon Storage use to be clean, affordable, and great customer service. Not really sure when this place switched hands AGAIN but literally the only person they have decent working there is Holly! Everyone else doesn’t know simple customer service skills. After reading previous reviews this place doesn’t care if they have any customer service at all! By chance I had to send the address to someone and saw the last review about the snow.... very weird to hear that kind of complaint come from a man... however i was also there today.... yeah it's an outdoor storage area... in Colorado. There was snow.... shocking. While I was there i had the manager approach me and ask if she could dig where the plow left which I turned down i just borrowed her shovel.
