I’ve absolutely loved living here, this community is amazing! The only reason I’m relocating is because of a job transfer to another Cortland sister property. A big thank-you to the entire leasing office team, the ladies are always so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I’ve really enjoyed being part of this community and truly appreciate the events that bring everyone together.

**EDIT** so far this home is great; very family/pet friendly, quiet and theres an ice cream truck! LOL..however, the mailroom is a bit scary - dark, dirty and smells; other issue thus far is the fact I've fallen twice on uneven sidewalk. Aside from those minor issues, we're happy to be home. The ONLY reason I'm giving 3 stars is because we haven't moved in; and I cannot wait to do so. The apartments seem to be well taken care of, as do the grounds. I really enjoy living in the Cortland Independence community; I feel safe and comfortable here. The office team is always helpful, efficient, and kind. Likewise, the maintenance team always takes care of repairs quickly and effectively.
Hola! Somos nuevo en el complejo, mi esposo, mis hijos y yo nos sentimos muy cómodos, las áreas son excelentes para niños y perros. Tienen un excelente servicio cuando necesitan algo o información. Todo está limpio y de calidad. Sin duda alguna es mi mejor opción tomada para vivir. Si necesitas un agente Hannah es la mejor!
