We moved to Cortland about a month ago and we absolutely love it here! The community is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Everything feels organized and peaceful. A special shout-out to Desirée, Valerie, and the whole team — they are amazing! So friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. We feel very blessed to call this place home. God really blessed us with this community

Honest review from a resident for almost 2 years. We're moving out of state for work and my wife and I are going to miss this community. Pros: - Unrivaled community for nice walking paths. I can pick any direction to walk my dog in the Independence community and there are sidewalks and well kept grounds. - There's dog park on site, and larger county dog park by the elementary school just past the Cortland property - Access to 2 gyms and 2 pools.
