Valerie, Heidy and Desiree were amazing at helping me find the perfect place for my family. They gave me a thorough tour and even were kind enough to show me the local school so I could see how close it was. Highly recommend taking a look at cortland independence.
**EDIT** so far this home is great; very family/pet friendly, quiet and theres an ice cream truck! LOL. NEW EDIT: **also, keep in mind, if you want the first floor..the millipedes here are horrendous. I kill at least 10 a day inside the apartment - on the floor, walls, carpet and had a few on my bed and ON MY DOGS. Around the outside door is ridiculous and there is nothing an exterminator can do** **updated edit** I do NOT appreciate that they rent out the guest apartment.. especially with everything we needed to do to becom... read more
We are in the process of moving to Florida and have toured a number of apartment complexes. Cortland is our number one and we are looking forward to moving in there eventually! The team is absolutely brilliant and are great ambassadors for the development.
Alexis did excellent work on the two things that needed to be fixed! He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend him to anyone!
