These people charged ME for maintenance to come fix the air conditioning at my apartment. I have never lived in an apartment where you had to pay for maintenance....it should be a part of the rent you pay to live there. Now the dishwasher and garbage disposal are acting up but I'm afraid if I call them they will charge me $100. I think they should have to pay people to live there!!!! You never get any sleep because the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the apartments beside you. You hear the pipes making ... read more
