Well , im a provider A gentleman by the name of Ethan called me and was in desperate need to get a job done, and as customary we charge trip fees that we are supposed to get paid on , so long story short falcon property management care of Ethan owes me $130 for trip fees and no response form him , so I decided to leave a review for the next provider to think twice .
We will be starting a Lease on October 01,24 & so far, everything has been amazing. They are very helpful and very kind.
These people are dishonest and don’t do walk thru with you before or after JUST SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR 1300 deposit plus THEY add damages that you didn’t do!
