Although I only had a 6 month lease I loved living at Falcon Point! Im actually going to miss it here! I found it to be pretty quiet and I always felt safe. I never had a problem. I really enjoyed the pool in the summer and the workout room. Thanks for giving me a great place to live :)
I lived there for a year, and during that year, there was some horrible loud neighbors below us. After I complained a few times, they were gone. The management here was FABULOUS!!! They always helped us immediately. Maintenance always took good care of us. They always greeted us with a warm smile by our names. The pool was always clean. I felt safe there. I wish I never left there. Thank you Falcon Point for giving us a great year with you. Seriously, the BEST apartments I ever lived in!!!

This place is horrible. The maintenance is ridiculous, there are leaks all the time. There are stray cats everywhere all the time. They never clear the sidewalks of snow or ice except around the office. The folks living in the apartments had to do it themselves. The people in the office are nice but unavailable and like to leave early often. The police are down the street but offer an incredibly slow response time (there was a domestic brawl that took off a patio screen door). They have a number to call a security patrol but... read more
If you enjoy people stomping on stairs, or living under elephants then this is the place for you! Service requests are completely ignored and take weeks to reply to, the office is open a scant few hours and the roads and walkways are never attended (de-iced or cleared) to in the winter storms. The "valet trash service" allows tenants to just leave their trash in the hallways, allowing for the ferral cats and wild raccoons to rummage through and make messes in your walkthroughs. This is not the best place to live.
