They came out to our house same day that we called and fixed the problem at a reasonable rate. Thank you Falcon for a job well done.

Called in last Thursday 10/26/23 scheduled an appointment for Saturday 10/28/23 . I was told my appointment window will be 11am -1pm . 1 pm came No-one called nor showed up . I called several times NO answer. Left a voicemail NO-ONE returned my call . Not to apologize nor reschedule. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Took off work for NO reason what a waste of a day . Wish I can give ZERO stars .
