The receptionist or customer service representative at Falcon Oil is unpleasant and unhelpful woman who believes she is superior to the customer which makes me believe she is related to the owners, otherwise, she would be a little more customer appreciative. I've have problems with her twice now. It would seem Falcon Oil could put someone a little more professional in her position. I dispise dealing with this woman!
Love doing business with Falcon oil. We have been using them for a while now and they're always pleasantly willing to match the lowest prices in our area. Drivers are nice and on time. I highly recommend them.
IMPE: Some of the delivery personnel turn an otherwise good company into a company it's best to avoid.
We have been using Falcon for last 2 years.. They are great! 1) pay per delivery.. No contracts or auto fill obligation 2) I'm always amazed that the lady picks up WHENEVER you call, no matter what time...
