I was about to go purchase a Mercedes for them as their cars look good and always try my best to help out the local community but to rip someone off in such manner after being paid, not only in full but CASH, this is not acceptable. I don't see why this person writing this review would exaggerate, no need to. All she wanted was her title and they pull an elephant out of the hat! what a surprise. We have purchased 2 different vehicles from Falcon over the years. Each time we have been in a crunch situation and needed a dependable vehicle at a reasonable price and needed it immediately. I had a wonderful experience with Falcon Motors. I told them what kind of car I wanted and even though they did not have one on the lot they found one for me. They then arranged for the car to be delivered and I had my car in less than 24 hours. I paid cash and had no problems. It was great.
