For these apartments to be filled with water bugs, roaches and Very outdated. They sure ask for an arm and a leg for the credit report! You can’t have nothing in the charge off on your credit. That something you would expect from a high end expensive apartment. Not from this $750 apartment. Anyways spend your money elsewhere save your time for the application. Don’t even apply.
Rude! In the past, they never answered the phone, and they have no other way of contact for deaf people or people with other disabilities to contact them. It had been two years since I last tried to contact them. Just recently, something unexpected happened to me, and I was left scrambling to find a place to live in 2 weeks. I discovered Falcon Manor 2 had a couple apartments available. I somehow was able to get a hold of them, and they told me to fill out the application and submit the application fee.
