We purchased a home with Falcon Homes in 2022. We are very happy with the level of quality workmanship in the home. They were always responsive to our questions and followed through in a timely manner throughout the process.
Bought a home through Falcon Homes and they have been nothing but amazing! Had some issues after move in and even though it was the long weekend they were able to get trades out in a timely fashion to have them fixed. The landscaping is going in quite quickly, which i figured would take some time. I can say that i am very happy with my purchase and with using Falcon Homes. They made the process very easy and are always ready to help from time of open house walk through, purchase and possession!
Extremely disappointed with the way they have handled our leaking garage. This has been going on for months and contractors never show up on days they tell us they will be here. We planned to use our garage as extra storage and have had multiple items affected by water damage as there are new leaks in new places every time it rains. Poor workmanship from subcontractors & even worse customer relations from Falcon Homes themselves.
Got the keys to our property one month ago , lawyer still holding funds back for incomplete work. Site supervisors are unresponsive, no real timeline for work to be completed. Sub contractors are extremely messy and do not clean up before they leave. Update- dealing with a detached garage leaking water . Been multiple months of empty promises and no work actually completed. They line a date up and say they’re going to come out and never show. I purchased a townhouse up on Ryders Ridge and it is a poor build. When asked to address the items Stan Phillips did not write down the concerns on the walk through and there was definitely a long list. There were many items that Falcon Homes still has not fixed. Issues were windows leaking water, constantly with frequent moisture and mold with cracks to the window seals, the exhaust fan is not working because the installer used an incorrect small line during the install, problems on the roof, cement pad with many cracks, fu... read more
