Great experience! Went over and above what was needed. A free humidifier, three percent discount, and replaced the humidifier needle valve with a quarter turn valve. Really good people!
Called in the morning and got same day service. Cody, a very personable and knowledgeable guy got my problem fixed up in no time. Didn’t try to upsell me and in fact, after I told him I might be moving in a year or two said he wouldn’t even replace the blower although it seemed a little weak. Also found the humidifier problem and fixed that too. All in all a great experience with a reasonable cost. Could not be happier with the whole experience. Thanks Falcon and Co
