Fantastic customer service. Family ran company. Our furnace had been out, Wirenut quoted us 3500 for repairs or 7000 for a new furnace (ours is 23 years old). The people with Falcon Heating came over and replaced an ignitor for 256$. Turns out that we needed another part (wrong ignitor it popped) same tech came back out and helped us for free. 3 months later shes still hanging on.. maybe one more winter? Thanks again, Would recommend.

I had a very frustrating experience. The technician cleaned my furnace but never explained how much the service would cost beforehand. Once the job was done and the technicians left, I was presented with a $500 bill over the phone for vacuuming my furnace. This was a simple remove 10 screws, pull the blower fan and vacuum the inside. No new parts were bought or installed. This feels unfair and unprofessional. Customers deserve to know pricing before agreeing to any work. I would never have agreed to pay $500 for this labor. ... read more

I’ve used Falcon Heating and Cooling several times over the years for both my home and rental property, and they are outstanding. I first found them when my rental house needed a new furnace. Gary came out, gave me a quote, and patiently answered every question I had. I had three companies provide estimates, and Gary’s was not only the most affordable but also the most knowledgeable and professional.
