I have been using their services for about 7 years now and they actually replaced my HVAC system in my home. Not long after I bought my house and I was so impressed with them. They are on time. They are honest. They do everything they say they're going to do and they never leave a mess. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone and I have.
Very respectful service and definitely know what they're doing and are honest with you about your issues. They don't try to push you to pay for something you don't need and don't lie to you about your issues. I had a different company come look at my AC issues before these guys, and the other guy said I needed new king valves at minimum, if not a whole new system because of concerns with the outdoor leak letting stuff inside the system. Great experience! Went over and above what was needed. A free humidifier, three percent discount, and replaced the humidifier needle valve with a quarter turn valve. Really good people!
Called in the morning and got same day service. Cody, a very personable and knowledgeable guy got my problem fixed up in no time. Didn’t try to upsell me and in fact, after I told him I might be moving in a year or two said he wouldn’t even replace the blower although it seemed a little weak. Also found the humidifier problem and fixed that too. All in all a great experience with a reasonable cost. Could not be happier with the whole experience. Thanks Falcon and Co
