If you rent this place just know that you’re going to get screwed. Go elsewhere stay at a motel. You will be unhappy upset and regret and have animosity toward the manager Ricardo after he screws you over and gives you a $#!+ hole to rent after showing you a much nicer unit. Don’t think it’s not personal but to him it’s not cause you’re not a person to him but another opportunity.
