I have been waiting a month now for something that was supposed to be shipped to me in 10 days. I ordered my product on the 28th of jan. On the 13th of Feb the tracking number showed a delay. It is now the 23rd and the message has not changed. When I attempt to contact the company, all emails state "undeliverable" and there is no phone number on the website. Pathetic customer service and completely unreliable.
