They are a distribution company, all the SSG series are manufactured in Taiwan, stored in Falcon Electric warehouses and distributed from Falcon Electric. Can get the SSG UPS much cheaper if you deal with Taiwan directly. Not USA made.

They are specialist in high heat applications of up to 65 degrees C environments. Their customer service and sales support are outstanding. Quotes are turned around quickly and they are helping hospitals and emergency responders with a source of clean back-up power for critical electrical circuits.
One of the best industrial UPS System's in the industry and a great partner of 3Sixty Mission Critical.....Their Lithium UPS is the only on-line double conversion UPS that is also UL listed in the US.....
I have been dealing with Falcon Electric for over 10 Years and their true online dual conversion ups technology with high temperature long life battery systems are amazing. I'm a big supporter and look forward to continued successes working with Falcon Electric! Excellent for high temp/robust applications where typical UPS platforms fail... replace with Falcon, you wont be disappointed!!
