Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes
There were a LOT of people waiting, so I was scared it would take a long time, especially when I was told there were "only 2 in front of me!?!" I don't think there should be anyone in front of you at your appt time. However, it actually wound up being pretty quick. They took an xray & reviewed it very quickly. I had researched my problem quite extensively before reaching this specialist, so I already knew that if I had originally been diagnosed correctly I pretty much had 2 options, steroid shots &/or surgery.
