Not sure why all the negative reviews here. Called looking for a new battery and James helped me place an order and got it shipped out same day, no issues. I'd order from them again.
James has helped me with both specialty parts and materials several times in the last and recently. Despite his best efforts, an issue arose with another site that was beyond his control. The true measure of a business relationship is how the seller resolves such an issue. I am happy to say that James resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. I will do business with him again any time. Thanks!
Wow cant believe how rude one of their sales person was. Spoke to a guy named James to see if they had a battery I needed for my aircraft, which they did. I asked when they closed and opened. I wasn't sure it I could make it before they close or if it was better to come in the morning. It seemed to bother him that I was asking his hrs and abruptly told me "let's get this wrapped up and DON'T show up at 4pm".
