My stay at The Falcon was perfect. The manager of the building showed me grace and kindness during a hard time in my life. The maintenance team was always punctual and friendly. The old style bathtub and tiles were such a treat. I will miss the building very much. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of a rental. Peace.
Scandalously expensive art studios
I just moved in. I love it. Despite the building being full of people and on a busy street corner, it is SO CALM AND QUIET in here at night. I'm getting better sleep here that at my old house. The Manager and Maintenence team are easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all inquiries. I'm not sure what this place was trolled by angry people a couple years ago claiming there was no place outside to gather and have plants. And no place for bikes. Had the pleasure of recording some music with a producer renting a studio in the incredible basement. Beautiful space and lovely community!
