Dr. Falco has taken care of my pain management needs thru nerve blocks, nerve burns, and the correct dosages of medications. He LISTENS to his patients. I can't imagine going to anyone else. He treats me with respect and kindness. Thank you Dr. Falco!
The wait time was long due to his high demanded professional skills but overall I was extremely happy. He treated me like a person a human being he treated me like i matter and with respect. We came up with a plan to manage my pain so i could be comfortable
I strongly urge anyone who values their time to avoid this practice and Dr. Falco. Poor doesn't even begin to describe the way Dr. Falco disrespects his patients. I waited 3 hours and 50 minutes (11:00 a.m. appointment, left at 2:50 p.m.), and had to leave due to other commitments before seeing the doctor. On my way out, he had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule. I informed him that I'm never coming back. I asked the staff about my wait time, and was told it was typical.
Listens to what I have to say, and truly cares about my well being. Fantastic bedside manor. Answers all my questions and goes as far as sitting right beside me with his laptop to show and explain a procedure to me that he feels will give me a better quality of life. Wonderful caring man.
I am retracting my positive review after seeing him for a longer period of time. I have changed drs.
Dr. F ref 2 me by PCP, has mng my pain 4 +2yrs w/bulg dsk neck, later cont care includ degen bone dis n lower back, more rec has been add 2 recovery plan fr a sev ankle injury. I HIGHLY rec he & his staff!! Cant say eno bout frt dsk staff & dedication 2 pers one on one care, med rec accuracy, serv above & bey call of D. Dr. F's support med staff is on top of their game. Dr Falco is professional, clear, up2date, thorough, considerate, supportive, empathizes, with a leave-no-man-behind attitude
DON"T GO!!!! Worst experience EVER!!! Extremely unprofessional staff. Waited nearly 3 hours for a scheduled new patient appointment, that I arrived over 45 minutes early for. After checking in with his staff several times, and being told the Dr. would see me shortly, I finally got up out of the exam room and advised I was leaving, and asked for my co-pay and medical records back, Dr. Falco went completely FREAKO and came after me in his completely packed waiting room, hovering over me!
Dr Zhu is pleasant , kind and so very knowledgeable in his field. I am always taken in a very timely manner, never a wait. I feel very lucky to have him as my Dr.
