Saw the bad review given by one of our customers and was somewhat disappointed since we told her and her husband that we were not the manufacturer but only the distributor. When her husband called it was explained in full to him that the factory was running behind and gave him an exact ship date and it shipped on that date. I am sure the product was perfect and as stated we explained the situation was out of our control. That was the only time we have had a bad review. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Ordered and paid for matchbooks over 2 1/2 months ago. Contacted them every 7-10 days about order and 2 1/2 months later they finally sent us a art proof. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Horrible communication
