Be careful folks some of their employees are crazy. And will follow you around town , setting off the sirens on their ambulance truck for no rhyme or reason.
I wish you didn't have to go away on July 1st
I was sitting at a turn light off Commercial, I was watching the ambulance coming up in my review mirror. I always respect all emergency vehicles but man, this ambulance came up & stopped right behind me & laid on their horn. I had vehicles all around me so I didn't know where I was supposed to go except into the intersection, so I made the decision to hurry & turn in order to get out of their way, the ambulance drive then really laid on the horn. Oh my God, I wish I had read the reviews before being shoved into the serivces of this abusive company. Our Dr. would not let me drive my husband to the hospital, and so Falck picked him up at the Drs office. We recieved and signed no paper work and naturally thought that because a Dr called for the ambulance, that it was covered. I was in our car to follow the ambulance and became concerned when they sat in the parking lot for about 15 mins. What a shame…. to experience the unprofessional services provided by your staff at the Oregon State Fair on Monday August 26, 2024. Coming from being a prior Falck Employee for many years on the Washington side, what I experienced from two of your EMTs/Paramedics (Not sure of certs since they were in red shirts), if I was to turn this in to the licensing board, they wouldn’t be in good standing afterwards.
