“Falafel Republic didn’t just feed me — they restored my faith in humanity. The pita was softer than my retirement plan, the falafel had more crunch than my knees getting out of bed, and the garlic sauce should honestly be classified as addictive. I had a good feeling when I walked in pretty hungry, and wow I was right. I was impressed by the nuances of flavors in the main and side dishes. This is what great middle eastern food tastes like.
