It is surprising to read negative reviews for a doctor based on front desk issues outside the doctor's control. My husband and I moved to northern Virginia last year, and we have had a couple of visits with Dr Khan. We are impressed with her knowledge, her thorough ability to get to know you and all of your medical issues, and her skill in diagnosis and treatment. She accomplishes this with caring and humor. She is quite frankly the best primary care physician I have ever had.

I was contacting Dr. Fakiha Khan for 2 weeks just simply asking for mammogram referral. The customer support team told me that they were sending messages to her team daily. Two weeks are gone and there are still no response for the simplest referral. It gave me so much stress, frustration, and felling being completely ignored.

I have a medical issue that is causing a lot of stress and I was in the hospital recently. So I made an appointment with Dr. Khan. I arrived to VHC for my appointment only to find she had moved to a different building. I was not aware of this, so naturally I went to where her old office was. I’ve only been once, but I liked her. she clearly knows what she’s doing and asks very thorough questions, and listens to your concerns. If you want a really warm and fuzzy doc go somewhere else, but if you just want someone who knows their stuff, she’s for you!

I had an appointment today, I did the registration, apparently it didn't went through. 15 min after my appointment time, 30 min waiting in total, I went to speak with the receptionist and they refused to let me knowing it wasn't my fault, AND NO ONE ELSE WAITING. I called they didn't let me speak cutting me the whole time. They charged me for my visit, and also, I had to pay the parking.
