I’ve had some issues with the front desk staff—they provided incorrect information about my mom’s medication, which led to the wrong prescription being sent. One of the staff members who usually answers the phone often comes across as unfriendly, and there have been mistakes with medications being sent to the pharmacy. I recommend double-checking any prescriptions to make sure everything is accurate.
She is a wonderful doctor. She was my doctor for ten years, and she listens to her patients and cares about them and their health.
