To begin with , the receptionist is extremely nice and accommodating! Dr. Fakhouri is straight forward and honest , and brings a calming energy which is especially beneficial in urgent care . He refers you to the proper specialist if necessary while working with you to resolve your immediate needs. Ive had nothing but good experiences at Pleasant Valley Urgent Care.
Went in for UTI test. Doctor does not do a 'Clean Catch' urine sample. Did not check results in office. Sent me home. Now I wait through the weekend for results from LabCorp. I have had sepsis several times due to UTI problems and I told this to the doctor. Surely this is not a real 'Urgent Care'
I've been a patient of Dr Fakhouri for 5 years. He is an excellent diagnostician and communicator. I have recommended him to several neighbors and each of them have expressed their satisfaction to me and they have become his patients. Dr Fakhouri is everything a physician and HEALER should be!
Dr. Fakhouri, FAKHOURI is not only an intelligent, knowledgeable and courteous but he is a fine gentleman who always accommodated me and my family. His staff is very friendly and always returns the phone calls. I recommended him to many of my acquaintances and family members who are extremely pleased with him.
This is the only dr I really see because I don’t have a primary. He’s extremely sweet and genuinely cares about my issues and helping me.
A great doctor, a really nice place too!! Highly recommended!
Dr. Fakhoury gets my utmost respect. He actually cares about helping you with your issues, instead of just giving you what you ask for and walking away. I’m really happy to have him help me with my health issues.
Fakhouri seems rushed and acts as if he is superior to me in every way. I would not recommend him to anyone.
I have been a patient of Dr Fakhouri for well over a year. I have NEVER had a problem with him. I was misdiagnosed by several other Drs and Dr Fakhouri is the only Dr to find what's really going on and treat me Properly!! You have to give Respect to get Respect just like anywhere else in life!! So for all the bad reviews I am sorry for you but I really like Dr Fakhouri!!!!
