Dr. Nafees and her staff are incredible. She is very patient and I have never done very well with dentists in the past but she is very careful and takes her time and tries to really not cause any discomfort. All of her staff is very friendly and Lonnie is exceptional and provides wonderful customer service and she is very helpful. It is a great dental office.
i have always been scared to go to the dentist but Dr Nafees made me feel much better. No more anxiety at dental office. she is very polite and friendly. Just Amazing!!
The receptionist at Dr Nafees office is rude and unhelpful. She told me, and I quote "I don't have time to return patient's phone calls, it's just me and the doctor here." Luckily I was able to find someone to see me next day for the tooth pain and they set me up with a cleaning in 2 months so I can cancel all further appointments with Dr Nafees and their exceptionally rude receptionist.
