Carl installed a new ductless air conditioner/heater for us. He was great to work with! He explained everything in terms I could understand. He didn't try to sell us more than we needed. He stayed in communication with us. Our new unit is very quiet and maintains a steady temperature. We just had our first couple hot days and we've been nice and cool inside. I highly recommend Fake Heating & Air Conditioning!
I was horrified after having several big name heating and cooling companies come to my house in the past. They would always find something horrendous wrong and wanted me to just replace my system. I got so scared of the fear-mongering tactics of the big companies even some local Lebanon HVAC companies. My brother told me about Carl Fake he gave me his card. Carl is AMAZING! I first met him three years ago when he serviced our boiler. Two years ago he replaced our AC system. This winter he saved us coming out same day to maintenance our boiler. He is amazing. He doesn’t overcharge. He explains EVERYTHING. I feel very confident every time I work with him.
Service was prompt, efficient , and reasonable priced. Carl is polite and explains everything he is working on. Takes the time to ask his clients if they have any questions as well.
