I spent an hour deciding which fajas to get. I was convinced with a buy one get one 30% off. I found a stage one I liked and asked for it in another color.She brings me one in black. I try to pay with my card and she claims to have problems with card machine and requests Zelle. (red flag ) My mistake was not opening the faja and examining it. I bought a faja (shapewere) on July 5th. I try to returned it on July 7th because it pinched my leg. The girl in charge told me that the store's policy is No Refund only change or a store credit that you can ONLY USE within 30 DAYS or you LOSE the Money. I was in the store for literally 2 hours but they didn't have my size in anything I chose, there is no option to order online either. Great store! Paola gave great extended service when I came in to look for a waist trainer. Very helpful. Slimming hot gel came included with the waist trainer and I can’t wait to use it and soon review it.
