My experience with my doctor was amazing as always! She's patient and kind. However, If I could, I would give a NO stars to the staff at the front desk. When I arrived, they refuses to check me in stating my chart was flagged for POSITIVE FOR COVID. I attempted to explain that I was in the ER the day before and they issued me a covid test, amongst other tests. Had I been positive, they would have told me before I was discharged. The staff was very efficient, I didn’t have to wait long and Dr. Siddique explained everything and went over my blood work thoroughly. I feel very confident going forward.
