I had ongoing issues with delayed communication from Dr. Butt’s office, often requiring multiple follow-ups to get responses—especially concerning when coordinating care for my elderly mother. After waiting nine months for an appointment, we then waited another five months for paperwork to be completed. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any physicians office. I was treated like I did not matter and I was made to feel like I was lying about my symptoms. I was talked down to. I did not get to discuss other things that I had questions about. I do not recommend this physician to anyone.

I was diagnosed with full Parkinson's and she was my doctor during this event. She recommended DBS surgery as a solution to my symptoms (walking issues, excessive tremors). The surgery nearly 3 years ago was a miracle, with 95% of symptoms now gone. Her knowledge of the disease and possible solutions; she is best neurologist in the state! The surgery can be expensive; I recommend having 100% health insurance with gap type coverage.

Dr. Butt is very nice and knowledgeable even though I think, and from the scan her diagnosis was wrong. She did pay attention and tried to diagnose but trying to contact her and follow up is outrageous! She also is off a lot so it takes 3/4 months to get in to see her and I have showed up 2 x’s with an appointment and they told me she had to cancel and they had contacted me to let me know. I never received their contact. Needless to say I’m not very happy.
