I would not recommend this location or doctor. I have been bounced around to phone number after phone number and no one ever picks up the main number. One doctor retired and they said they sent out letters which I never received. You would think someone would follow up or say something. Not the case. I have been working diligently to speak with them to get a bridge for medication until i can make an appointment for a heart condition and they have not been responsive at all. I was recommended to this doctor by a close friend. I ignored the reviews that stated her receptionist do not answer phones. I was scheduled for a doctors appt. on January 19th. I asked the receptionist if she was sure that the doctor was available as this is a national holiday and was told yes no worries she has this time and date available. I see negative reviews and it upsets me. Dr. Faiza Malik is amazing. She is an awesome listener and always comforts me in my concerns. I trust this doctor so much I talk to her about personal issues and such and she never turns me away or acts like “this is not what we are here for”. She is very compassionate and caring of her patients. She knows me by name as well as my family.
