For an organisation that I rated so highly, about 3 months ago, the essence of customer service that was once endearing, seems to have been wiped off, in the recent past. In the service sector, timely and consistent communication with customers with regards to their appointments and cancellations or extensions of work-timing expectations, should be very basic. Very helpful, very reasonable. Found the most efficient fixes for my vehicle. Honest, upfront and friendly staff.
Came in for a tire repair - took 15 minutes and no charge. Amazing customer service :)
