Can’t speak to their work as a company, but if they can afford to drive the way they do, they don’t need your money. Was driving on the highway in the rain, and their vehicle decided to Jack Rabbit around traffic, and ride on the back of vehicles. I saw one guy flip him off, and in response, I genuinely thought the driver was gonna run into him, with how angry and reckless he began driving around that car.

Roof is 5 years old and still looks new! We got the mediocre 20 year singles. Not the cheapest shingles but prices are very very reasonble.They guarantee their work and stand by it for years to come. 1 little shingle refused to lie flat, the owner himself came and changed it out.

I can’t say enough good things about this company, we met Jerry in November 2024 our insurance recommended them for emergency tarp and roofing repair, jerry promised to be out as soon as the rain stopped and he was good to his word he showed up with his 2 guys and got the roof covered as promised. I can’t speak on their performance, work ethic or labor, but I will say I was just driving on the highway and a truck with their companies name and phone number aggressively road my bumper for a few miles. I’ve even got over and he got behind me again just to continue to ride my tail. He was cutting in and out of traffic while it was busy. You can tell he was just being a dick by how he was throwing up his hands. I’m sure your business and support can go to someone better.

Randy, Jerry and the entire Faithful Roofing team are absolutely fantastic. Not only are they a great company but they are even better humans! Randy was great to work with, communicated effectively, and completed a repair on my husband's grandmothers house timely and without any back and forth. It was a challenge to coordinate schedules from our end but they were extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful to explain the issue.
