Dr.Ivy is so amazing! She came to our home when our 15yr old dog had to be put asleep so she could die at home, comfortably, surrounded by family.
We just started our girl, Maggie at Faithful Friends, and I couldn't be happier with the care she's received. The prices were extremely reasonable, and Dr. Heath and the entire staff were friendly, compassionate care givers. I'd recommend anyone I know with a pet to schedule a visit with them. It'll only take one to figure out why they are so wonderful. I'm actually looking forward to going back in November!
Excellent care of my 13 year old cat needing dental work. Kind, compassionate, caring staff, and Dr. Ivy Heath is the bomb!! Highly recommend this animal hospital
We are so thankful for these good folks... Their expertise is second to none!
The vet refused to help a dog in need, Jack, and this shows an extreme lack of compassion. The person bringing Jack had a credit card also to pay. This is not what a good veterinary hospital does and help for a dog in pain should not depend on $$$ or anything else. This is a vet. hospital to stay away from.
Dr Heath and her staff are wonderful. If the tech had not been so attentive and suggested a simple blood test we wouldn't have known that Ellie Mae actually had a bladder/urinary tract infection. After all, her only symptom was lethargy. We did the test expecting to find that she had been intentionally or accidentally poisoned. I feel bad that I can never remember her name.
