RecommendedFaithful Friends Drs and staff are the BEST there is. We’ve had a traumatic year with our dogs this year, finding cancer in our 12 yr old beagle in February and having to say goodbye to her, losing our 12 yr old golden in July and then our last golden getting terribly ill , while we were on the East Coast for a wedding and pet sitters dealing with it with Faithful Friends and Dr Rideout. I just called asking about any spay help for a feral cat. The receptionist was incredibly indifferent, didn’t attempt to answer my question and then just HUNG UP. Didn’t even attempt to find out my question. To the owner of this business. Your front end IS your business.. this one is ruining yours. She has NO interpersonal skills and would be best suited in a closet away from people and pushing paperwork!
The staff were so amazing when we had to help our big girl cross the rainbow bridge. Took their time to help her transition on her next journey
