Had my 9 year old dog named Gordon cremated using their services. The entire process was simple and straight forward. I'd like to say the receptionist were amazing the through the entire process, they were friendly, understanding and helpful. I cannot understate how pleasant they were. The reason for the 2 stars is because I had purchased a nose print and upon receiving my dogs ashes, was very disappointed in its appearance. Lost my almost 14 year old lab 2 weeks ago. They came out quickly to pick her up and she was back home with me in 2 days. The paw and nose prints are beautiful. I’m not sure if it was a worker or not but someone (in scrubs) was leaving when I was walking to my car with our girls ashes and she saw me wipe my nose. She said she couldn’t leave without asking if I was okay and offered me a hug. I never hug strangers but I needed it that day. Will recommend this place to everyone from now on.
Faithful Companion truly amazed me. They personally delivered, to my doorstep in Charleston, my beloved Luigi's ashes in a lovely wooden box, along with a perfectly and tastefully done paw impression. It is apparent that these people truly and deeply care about their work and the people they serve.
Faithful Companion did an amazing job when I recently lost my cat of 16 years. It happened over a holiday weekend but they took us right in and treated us with kindness and compassion. My girl was cremated within 48 hours and placed in a beautiful wooden box along with a pawprint cast and a lock of her fur Losing my girl was very hard but I am very grateful for the help we received from Faithful Companion. I would highly recommend.
We lost our Mia this week and Faithful Companion was recommended by Van Crest Animal Clinic. They returned her ashes fast and were very compassionate. Mia was just a pup that we rescued from the streets. She had been starved and shown no love. We took her to our vet only to find out she was in end stage renal disease and did not have much time left with her. We appreciate the fast turnaround time. Thank you.
