My best friend lost his dog recently which was a very tough loss for the whole family. Faithful companion and more specifically Hector Valle took such good care of our sweet Kain and was very kind and compassionate throughout the whole process. Thank you for everything!
During our time of mourning our family member of almost 12 years DeAndre was exceptional!! His professionalism and poise at such a devastating time for us made the situation much easier. He sympathized with our loss and gave incredible recommendations for what would be the best way to honor our family member and friend. When greatly appreciate DeAndre and Faithful Companion for their compassion and support as well as going above and beyond for us in our time of need. We were devastated to put our cat Noel to sleep. But, just two days later, we were back at the vet having to put our other cat, Skitty, to sleep as well. Our vet offered cremation services through Faithful Companion and we elected to use them. We did not purchase any additional packages, so I expected to receive their ashes back in a cardboard box and that the only memento we would receive was an ink paw print. Recently lost our pet auggie. We were connected with Lap of love. They used a different place to handle remains before. I trusted that friendly companion would handle the cremation of my pet with dignity and care. False. His remains were stored in a file cabinet. My pet that I have had for 15 years was stored in a file cabinet. To edit this review- I did speak with the DM and he did apologize and said practices would be evaluated to improve a better experience for others.
10/10 experience with these people! My sweet boy was hit by a car and we couldn't find him for 2 days, so you could imagine how bad the odor was. We brought him in and with no hesitation Hector got him off the trailer and made us feel so much better about the situation. They were super fast with getting him ready to come back home with us. It is truly the little things that mean so much during a difficult time. Thank yall so much!!!
