I lost 4 pets in a house fire. The staff were very empathetic through out and got my babies back to me quickly. The paw prints were very well made. Definitely recommended

I shared my experience with staff before posting this review. Their response is they are deeply sorry….. I trusted this company with cremation of my dog I’ve had for 17 years. On the ad, it says they will have your companion back to you within 24 hours. However, I was not contacted at all during the first 24 hours of dropping off. I called in several times the next day after lunch. One time I didn’t receive an answer. The next time I called I was hung up on. My beloved dog passed away on Sunday. Out of three pet cremation services that I found in my area, one was closed on weekends, another one had an answering service, but nobody ever called back. Faithful Companion was my saving grace! Prompt, professional, compassionate, couldn't ask for better service! Special thanks to Haley and the crew that came to collect my dog's earthly remains on a rainy, muddy day!

It is definitely hard to say goodbye to one of your best friends but this place was very professional and very thoughtful of what you and your family are going through. They are fast to return your best friend back to you in a very nice time keep box. Thank you!!
