My beloved cat Zoey died on Nov 3, 2025. Faithful Companion picked her up from my vet on the same day. The cremation date was the same day. It is now 11/6/25. I called my vet & they still had not received her ashes. I called Faithful & due to lack of drivers, they had no intention of taking her to my vet until some time on Friday. Their lack of caring is unacceptable and disappointing. I have had multiple pets taken to them and have paid a lot of money. I expect a lot more compassion. They let her sit on a shelf for days. I have never in my life written a review for anything, but I had to for this. From the paw prints to the way her ashes were bagged it was amazing. Thank you so much for taking care of my best friend princess. I couldn’t imagine a company would do a better job I’m blown away.
