I can't say enough about how wonderful the people at Faithful Companion were to me during my recent heartbreaking decision. I put my 19 yr old cat (Olive) down at my vet's office on Aug 20 & they recommended Faithful Companion for her cremation/burial box/paw print. Only a few days later I got a call from Faithful saying " We're bringing Olive home" What a beautiful way to let me know! I loved the urn I received for my one cat that I inquired about getting it for my other cat too. Emailed me back in under an hour and said there would be no charge for the other urn and I called and it was delivered the following day. I highly recommend using Faithful Companion and will use them in the future.

The kindness this pace shows is incredible, when I called to see if my sweet Cali was ready to come home the person on the phone asked about my dog what kind she was and said how sorry he was so thoughtful on the phone and the delivery man was so sweet and kind as I stood there and cried when he handed her to me thank you for being so kind
