Last week, my beloved boy unexpectedly had to be euthanized, and I was completely heartbroken and overwhelmed. In that state, I honestly had no idea what questions to ask, what arrangements were being made, or where he was even going to be cremated. I can’t say enough nice things about Faithful Companion. Their office staff and management were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional during such a difficult time. They made the entire process feel a little easier with how caring and thoughtful they were, and we truly appreciated all of their support.

I just got my Jasmine back and am satisfied with their work. I was a pet crematory operator for years before becoming a human operator and I only have one suggestion, when clipping fur try to get some of every color. I was impressed that she didn’t sit in a cooler long at all, if she even did. She was cremated right away and delivered back to my house. Very respectful gentleman brought her home. Not only was my cats cremation and extras rushed which you can tell in how awful all of these ink prints and the clay pawprink look they couldn't even give me the courtesy of delivering my cat back to me as requested since I work at a vet clinic. I will never go through this company again knowing my heart cat was treated so poorly by them.
