I panicked today when I saw the photos online with the paw prints with the name stamped. My sweet girl Moot passed away yesterday and was transferred here for cremation since Hummel no longer offers this service. I called and spoke with a lady earlier this afternoon about my request for a paw print only WITHOUT any gems, names, etc. The office was so quick to accept my request and I am so thankful. Bless you guys for what you do. I cannot wait for Moot to return home
First I just want to say thank you. After losing our furbaby last week I was a wreck and not only did you make the process as painless as possible, but I was blown away when we got her back. She meant everything to our family and to get her back in such a beautiful memorial almost brought us a sense of peace. I cannot thank you enough. I highly, highly recommend this company. During such a difficult time of putting my cat at peace and when I received the ashes back in a beautiful wood box with her name on it , it was easier with the grieving process. The staff, is amazing and so kind during this process. I’m grateful to have had this experience and would recommend faithful companion to everyone.
I want to say thank you so much for giving me back my fur baby in such a beautiful way. It has not been easy losing my Bender this week especially with it being completely unexpected and sudden, but to finally have him back home is a blessing. He will forever be remembered and thank you for helping make that possible.
Losing our beloved dog after 14 years was beyond difficult. However, after picking up her remains from our veterinary, who uses Faithful Companion services, I could not believe how absolutely beautiful everything was. I believe it was the perfect tribute to our girl. Thank you guys for everything. I am so happy to have her back in our home.
