The care that I and my beloved pet received here was so compassionate. I was distraught over waking up and finding my betta fish had passed overnight. He had been very sick and we had struggled the last week with treatments trying to help him, so it wasn't entirely unexpected though still painful. My baby Mila was a fun loving dog i never owned a dog like her, she was Murdered by a 5 year old lil girl intentionally, slammed on her head and then choked until she stopped breathing 💔, the police said they can't do anything about because the lil girl is only 5 can't sue can't do anything, its one thing to for you loose your companion but its another when someone murders them, this hurts so bad our lives is forever changed Thank you faithful companion for caring for our beloved Mila

Very communicative, respectful, and kind. A very fast turnaround as well. When I arrived to pick up my girl, the owner's dogs were outside doing their business. One of them ran up to my car to greet me. It definitely cheered me up. <3
My sweet Poncho passed away at NC State Vet Hospital and Faithful Companion partnered with them to have my little boy cremated. I received a call with the most compassionate employee asking exactly what I wanted to in terms of ink prints, paw prints, etc. All I asked extra was for someone to tell him I loved him.
