We lost our cat recently which was heart breaking. A friend referred us to Faithful Companion in Morrisville for a private cremation. Brionni worked with us throughout the process with kindness, compassion and understanding which warmed our hearts and made this sad day easier for us. Our appreciation is beyond words.
I had moved here last year from NY with my special needs 225lb Saint Bernard. I had always needed to be prepared and was concerned not knowing best places in North Carolina and was terrified . Why I gave you 2 stars. You all did a wonderful job when my Shotzie passed. Now it's my Morgan's time only to find you closed your Greensboro location. I'm not driving over an hour to your facility. I hope you'll find it in your heart to rethink your lousy decision.
Lost my bird Milo on the 18th. Rushed him to the vet and they work with this place for cremations. I didn’t know you could personally go to a cremation place for animals.. anyway, they called me today the 20th to come pick my baby up. I live 45 mins away, rushed over. They had him waiting for me, in a nice wooden urn with his lil ink print. The lady at the front was so sweet. I left and realized, the wooden urn my other bird got was not nearly as nice as this one.
