Very communicative, respectful, and kind. A very fast turnaround as well. When I arrived to pick up my girl, the owner's dogs were outside doing their business. One of them ran up to my car to greet me. It definitely cheered me up. <3
My sweet Poncho passed away at NC State Vet Hospital and Faithful Companion partnered with them to have my little boy cremated. I received a call with the most compassionate employee asking exactly what I wanted to in terms of ink prints, paw prints, etc. All I asked extra was for someone to tell him I loved him. They were respectful, courteous, and answered all my questions with patience. They were able to provide both pick up and delivery services ($100 extra), which was appreciated. They had my little boy's remains back to me the next day.
