Don’t try and call them, they will never answer. It’s easier to get my dead grandma on the phone than someone that works at faith management
These people make my family and me feel so completely uncared for. They care nothing about our safety concerns, never apologize and have the most ludicrious and biased regulations. They show no respect and when I let them know that my son had to go to the minor med after getting injured on a loose board they were completely unapolegetic and said they have no plans to fix the board and ignored multiple messages where I made them aware of this injury.
Faith continues to be the worst management company I’ve dealt with a year and a half into owning my Germantown home. In addition to the balance sheet errors and failure to appropriately respond to formally submitted requests, they treat every resident question and/or concern like a complete inconvenience and only respond with excuses why inaction by their team is appropriate. I've had several issues while living here since 2018. Been a loyal tenant who pays ON TIME every month. The past couple of years I have began running into issues. They've seem to have a rodent issue. I currently have some sort of rodents living in my wall/ceiling that I am having an issue with them getting resolved in a timely matter. They don't seem to be in any hurry to fix this issue.
