Tip? I think you guys should hire better repair guys. Where did you find those last 3 - Craigslist? I'm thinking you get it done real cheap, add on a nice finder's fee, then tag the homeowner for a fat repair bill. Before long the homeowner quits fixing anything, nobody will rent that shithole with the windows painted shut - at least not at that price, and BAM! The house goes into forclosure. have trouble comprehending and being honest – We have been renters for a few years and have had issues with them being honest from day one. To make a long story short all they care about is money, money, and more money. They lie to the people the lease to and lease for. Go on and read other reviews. There should be at least four more besides this one. If you can't find them, then these people probably deleted them. They falsely advertise properties and really lack professionalism.
