If you can find absolutely any other company to use I highly suggest you do it. Do not allow them to manage your property nor sell you one. They will not uphold their end. They lack people's skills, they are constantly late, will ignore you & any maintenance you need done. You'll go weeks with out help, and then they'll catch an attitude with you when you tell them it's been too long.
