They stole money from the *** and did not do there job. The Board has found numerous issues that will cost the *** $$ to fix due to their poor management. They lied over and over again. Stay away from this company.

As far as getting straight answers from this property management company, forget it. I've tried for more than a year and all I get is the run around from this company in **********************. I'm asking them about why our utility trailer covenants in our HOA only applies to some residents and not all residents. They tell me "in April of 2022 we've been told not to send violation letters to homeowners who park utility trailers outside their homes by the board" and "oh the covenants need to be revised by a lawyer" and that w... read more

I am an hoa board member and have had to work with faith prop mgt. They are not responsive to any inquiries. Kept raising prices. Over charged for office supplies and could not document where the money was going. I could go on, but won't bother. Just ***** clear of this company..

Fort Collins, CO. - Be wary. I just spent $75 and wasted a week. We have good credit, more than triple the rental amount in income, no evictions. Still, they took our money and gave no explanation as to why we were turned down.

Avoid This Renting Company at all Costs I have to say this was one of the worst rental companies I have used in a long time. They are no easy to work with, have problems tending to maintenance issues, and are overall not a place to rent from. They do not return phone calls, and do not stick to their word. I do not recommend this company for renting ever!

Residential Property Owners Avoid FAITH PROPERTY MANAGMENT OF FORT COLLINS This has to be the most poorly managed property service company in Fort Collins, disregard for private property, horrible HOA service and maintenance. I highly recommend avoiding this company. POSTED ON 7/12/12.

How do they stay in business? – AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. THE ONLY THING THEY ARE GOOD AT IS STONE WALLING AND KEEPING YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU TRY TO GET AWAY FROM THEM.

How do they stay in business??????????? Awful, awful, awful. The only thing they are good at is stone walling and keeping your money when you are trying to get away from them.
