How do they stay in business? – AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. THE ONLY THING THEY ARE GOOD AT IS STONE WALLING AND KEEPING YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU TRY TO GET AWAY FROM THEM.

Extra Fees and Poor Communications – I have both a home and investment property in different neighborhoods in Fort Collins. Over the past few years Faith Property Management purchased the company which was used by our home owner's association and the HOA for our investment property quit handling HOAs and Faith was hired. Customer service is Faith's weakest point. They tack on extra fees for late payments charging a late fee and a processing fee. I have been happy with them so far – The only complaint I have, which is why I didn't give 5 stars, like others have complained about as well, is that the receptionist IS very rude! I barely have to deal with her. There have been other people that answer the phone that have been very nice. Shelley that I deal with has been very helpful. I got her business card and communicate with her through email which has worked very well. Rude and Unfriendly – We were visiting my in-laws this weekend, and we parked on the street outside their house. We were there both Thurs. and Saturday night, but were in Denver (with the car) on Friday. According to their HOA by-laws, we could park on the street, but not for more than 48 hours. Worst Treatment Yet – "Most unprofessional and nasty people I have ever come in contact with. My parents just moved to this area and I stayed one night and oh my.....I parked in the street. After Mike (one of the managers that live next to my parents) told them that you can park in the street for 24 hours only. You would of thought I broke one of the 10 commandments. Terrible customer service, impossible to contact – When calling, the receptionist invariably asks you your name, who you want to get a hold of, waits 5 seconds, and then tells you that the person isn't available. Never, ever has my agent been available, and it is near impossible to get her to call back at all, let alone in a timely manner. It is extremely frustrating to deal with this company.

CON ARTISTS – This company did not manage my property at all and never showed it. There were hidden fees so they could make their money. Not a good company at all! USE SOMEONE ELSE! ANYONE ELSE

AVOID THIS COMPNAY AT ALL COSTS TERRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE SERVICE – My wife and I used a property management company before and loved them but they went out of business. We looked for a new company to manage rent for our property and found Faith. They required a 200.00 deposit (pretty standard) for advertising costs etc. In 2 months they only showed our condo 2 times, and would never return our calls.
