Scheduled moving with company using U-Haul App. Movers arrived 3 hours late. Moved our items in the house within 45 mins, left drawers on the floor and refused to assemble bed telling us we needed to pay additional 65 dollars. We paid for 2 hours of work, they worked 45 mins took a 15 min break and apologized and left. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Faith Moving Service is hands down the best moving company I’ve ever hired. Having lived in NYC for most of my life, I’ve dealt with my fair share of unreliable movers, but these guys exceeded every expectation. They’re not only affordable but incredibly efficient and professional in how they operate. I’d recommend them a thousand times over. I don’t usually leave reviews, so the fact that I’m writing this one speaks volumes about the quality of their service.

Excellent moving company, beyond reasonable price offered (even with a piano!) and dedicated workers. Communicated well, on time, and worked very hard to get things done fast enough to avoid me having to pay an extra hour. Friendly movers, polite and very careful. Didn't hit any walls and that's because I have wide furniture. Overall excellent experience and I can't see myself using anyone else in the future. They can consider me a dedicated customer. We scheduled move and movers did not show up. The driver said someone from the office would be contacting me to reschedule. We did not receive a call and no one answered when I reached out the next day. Even after sending a text, no response. This was the first time using this business. I trusted that the reviews and name would speak for itself. They were very pleasant when I reached out initially.
