Scheduled moving with company using U-Haul App. Movers arrived 3 hours late. Moved our items in the house within 45 mins, left drawers on the floor and refused to assemble bed telling us we needed to pay additional 65 dollars. We paid for 2 hours of work, they worked 45 mins took a 15 min break and apologized and left. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I have requested a refund from U-Haul as I now have to hire someone else to put together and complete what they didn’t. Faithful movers I don’t think so. You really... read more

Faith Moving Service is hands down the best moving company I’ve ever hired. Having lived in NYC for most of my life, I’ve dealt with my fair share of unreliable movers, but these guys exceeded every expectation. They’re not only affordable but incredibly efficient and professional in how they operate. I’d recommend them a thousand times over. I don’t usually leave reviews, so the fact that I’m writing this one speaks volumes about the quality of their service.
